Donald Ford

On Tuesday the 4th February, we are delighted to be able to welcome Donald Ford back to the club to offer his expert appraisal of some of our images, and also speak about his own photography. Donald has been to the club a number of times, and those who have been to previous evenings will know how entertaining he is. This season, we will ask Donald to give us some feedback on digital images, so please submit a couple of images to the usual bpscomps@gmail.com address for him to view. A former professional footballer AND cricketer, he has represented Scotland in both sports. He made 254 appearances for Hearts in the 60s and 70s, then going on to captain West Lothian Cricket Club in the late 7

Be the Judge, and Main Project Entries

Tomorrow night we will be selecting the club's entries to the Angus Cup (digital) and John Senior Trophy (print) competitions. Each club submits 7 images to each competition, with a maximum of one image per author for each. Last season Brechin retained the John Senior Trophy, and lost out on the double by a single point. It would be great to take both trophies home this year. We've been spoilt with quality judges this season, and Nicola was no exception tonight, and I'm sure everyone will have picked up some great information from her comments tonight. However, tonight's results first... Division 1 - 1st " Black Darter" by Ben Freeman 2nd "Boddin Limekilns" by Ben Freeman 3rd "Leading Lines" by Ian Ha
