Scottish Photographic Federation Annual Portfolios

Somewhat unexpectedly, the results for the SPF Portfolios were published today. The competition is predominantly the end of year inter-club competition for the whole of Scotland, but also has individual awards and acceptances. Our club entry was based as closely as possible on our club entry to the Angus Cup and John Senior Trophy (adjusted to make up the numbers and replace those who enter national competitions under other clubs), and a few of us put in a handful of additional images as a personal entry. Welcome to the 2020-21 season at BPS

Welcome to what will undoubtedly be a slightly unusual season at Brechin Photographic Society. The nationwide lockdown that has been caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has curtailed most club activities since March, but it seems that most members at least have been able to continue taking photographs - albeit perhaps in less exotic locations than they might have hoped. We have been contacted by a few members in the last few days with a whole host of queries, so I will attempt to cover them - apologies in advance if this is a long post!
